Cute Chopper Two Years Later

So, I put maybe half the effort I usually put into my Photoshop drawings into this one, but I guess it's okay. Since I drew an evil Chopper, I kinda felt like I had to complete the pair by drawing him in his most normal form. I dunno, but I think it looks adorable.
